Profile mit Bedacht schärfen, statt überhastete Maßnahmen umzusetzen
摘要
The need for and shortage of well-qualified professionals is immanent in almost all fields of social work. The often great pressure to act leads to pragmatic solutions, which are often accompanied by considerable reductions in the quality of (sometimes no longer) professional service provision. Instead of continuing to promote these developments, a pause is needed—especially in this situation, which is often referred to as a crisis of skilled workers—in order to develop effective, long-term solutions that preserve professionalism.
