Stationäre Videoberatung als neues Element im Blended Counseling

In the project STellaR (Stationary Telepresence Counseling in Rural Areas), Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences is developing, testing and evaluating a new approach to counseling in cooperation with Trier University and counseling practitioners at selected model locations in rural regions. Permanently installed video counseling rooms in trustworthy, publicly accessible facilities are also intended to offer new opportunities for blended counseling. STellaR has been funded by the Research at Universities of Applied Sciences programme of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research since September 2020. The text is intended as a conceptual contribution and addresses the relevance of blended counselling from an organizational perspective.
