Wissenstransfer zwischen Studierenden, Fachkräften und Forschenden

As part of a of a twelve-month teaching research project at Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel (CAU), the exchange of experiences and transfer of knowledge between professionals, students and researchers was supported. Through the exchange between scientific research, professional practice, and academic teaching in pedagogy, experiences were reflected, developments were initiated, contacts were established, and future collaborations and learning opportunities were supported. In this paper, a teaching research project is presented as a possibility for knowledge transfer and it is described how Master’s students in small research teams prepared, conducted and analyzed narrative expert interviews with eight different executives from service organizations in social work, business and administration via a digital video conference platform. In addition, the interview material was evaluated and prepared as electronic learning resources for further lectures and seminars.
