Soziale Arbeit in Jordanien
摘要
The article provides information on the development, requirements and difficulties of social work in Jordan, as well as the courses of study and the labor market. It is shown that social work takes place under conditions of a poorly developed welfare state and to a large extent in the context of international, national and local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), whose services are mainly aimed at refugees. Due to a lack of or low legal entitlement to welfare state support, assistance is mainly provided as civil society charity under conditions of scarce resources.
