Numerical analysis of MHD tangent hyperbolic nanofluid flow over a stretching surface subject to heat source/sink
摘要
We numerically investigated the steady magnetohydrodynamics tangent hyperbolic nanofluid (THNF) flow across a nonlinearly vertical extending surface. The influence of sheet variable thickness, magnetic field, heat source/sink, thermal conductivity and thermal radiation on the flow of THNF are examined. THNF model is a specific form of non-Newtonian fluid, extensively used in laboratory experiments and heavy machineries to absorb excessive heat. The flow equations are non-dimensionalised and restructured into the system of ODEs by employing similarity variables. That system of ODEs is numerically simulated through the MATLAB code ND-solve. To ensure the accuracy of the findings, relative assessment is carried out. From the graphical analysis, it can be seen that the activating energy causes the mass propagating rate to rise while chemical reactions cause it to drop. The influence of Weissenberg number, Brownian motion and Rayleigh number advances the fluid temperature. The influence of thermal radiation results in 15.67 and 13.27
