What will justice in the European Union look like in 10 years, and how could the legal professions in the EU innovate together?

The future of justice will certainly be characterised by the advance and development of artificial intelligence and the ability of the legal world to adapt and adopt such new technologies so as to provide a more efficient and effective outcome to the end users. Collaboration and co-operation among the various stakeholders, both locally and internationally, as well as the sharing of good practices, will certainly ensure that any developments retain, at its core, the fundamental principles of human rights, which are at the core of a just and unbiased judicial process. The article attempts to address these issues, making reference to documents and resources of the CEPEJ.
