<p>Diabetic Charcot neuro-osteoarthropathy (DCNO) is a serious complication of diabetes that frequently leads to foot deformities, ulcers, infections and even amputations. This article reviewed the diagnosis, activity assessment, infection determination, pathogenesis, and comprehensive treatment plans including medical, surgical, and decompression therapies of DCNO, aiming to offer more assistance in the clinical pathway management of such patients.</p>
