<p>Eighty jackfruit genotypes from Eastern India were evaluated for biochemical traits, including total soluble sugar, acidity, sugar types, phenols, and antioxidant activities. High coefficients of variation (15.97–38.37%) and heritability (0.72–0.96) were observed. Geospatial analysis identified Simdega, Jharkhand, as a hotspot for genotypes with superior nutritional traits. Cluster analysis revealed 17 elite fruit-type genotypes. SSR marker-trait association explained significant phenotypic variation, particularly for pulp weight and antioxidant content. These findings support conservation and breeding strategies for jackfruit improvement.</p>
