摘要

This paper presents an in-depth examination of the effects of various 3D-printed raster angles on the mechanical and wear behaviour of carbon and glass fibre-reinforced polyamide 6 composite prints done by the fused deposit modelling (FDM) technique. A raster angle of 00 is observed to enhance the material properties compared to the other angles studied. The post procesing was observed to aid in the enhanced mechanical properties. The results of this study suggest that the FDM technique can be used efficiently for the fabrication of polymer-based composites.
