Graphene Infrared Blanching and Vacuum Pulsation Drying Integrated Intelligent Equipment Design and Test
摘要
In order to solve the problems of serious loss of water-soluble substances, low efficiency, and difficult real-time monitoring of drying quality during material processing, this paper develops a graphene infrared blanching and vacuum pulsation drying integrated intelligent processing equipment (IB-VPDIIPE). The equipment integrates graphene infrared technology, vacuum pulsation drying technology and machine vision technology, which can effectively improve the drying efficiency, optimize the drying quality, and real-time monitoring and feedback of the material’s color and shrinkage status. Tests were conducted on the equipment using apple slices, and the results showed that, compared with the traditional cast aluminum plate heating method, the use of infrared plate heating not only performs better in maintaining the color of the apple slices, controlling shrinkage, and retaining the vitamin C content, but also has a clear advantage in achieving the accuracy of the internal temperature control of the apple slices. Under the test condition of 40 °C, the drying time of the apple slices treated with blanching was reduced by 24.72%. It was found that the total color change and shrinkage change curves were significantly flatter than those of the untreated samples through the monitoring of the visual system, and its shrinkage was reduced by 23.64% and its color was improved by 22%.
