Disease-specific therapies, such as plasma exchange and intravenous immunoglobulin, play a crucial role in conditions like myasthenic crisis and Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Additionally, novel treatments, including complement inhibitors, FcRn antibodies, and other targeted biological agents, have emerged as promising options for refractory cases.</p> Summary <p>Early identification and management of neuromuscular emergencies are critical to improving outcomes. Priorities include securing the airway, ensuring adequate ventilation, and implementing disease-specific treatments. Comprehensive care must also address complications such as autonomic instability, infectious risks, and thromboembolic events.
