Purpose of Review <p>Chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) affects approximately 60–80% of adults globally [<CitationRef CitationID="CR1">1</CitationRef>, <CitationRef CitationID="CR2">2</CitationRef>], causing significant morbidity and healthcare burden. Historically, management evolved from compression therapy and invasive vein stripping to minimally invasive endothermal ablation and other mechanochemical techniques. However, groundbreaking technologies are rapidly changing the field. This review examines the latest diagnostic and therapeutic advances for the year 2024–2025, their efficacy, safety, and impact in the field of venous disease.</p> Recent Findings <p>The past two years have witnessed transformative innovations: (1) Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) and internal compression therapy that enhance calf muscle pump function and aim to correct venous return. (2) Non-Invasive Ablation via High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) enables incision-free thermal coagulation of incompetent veins, reducing procedural trauma. (3) Prosthetic Valve Implants are used to surgically restore deep venous competence in cases that are refractory to other treatments. (4) Innovation based on the new implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for diagnostic management and treatment. (5) Therapeutic innovations such as Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) for ulcer healing.</p> Summary <p>Emerging CVI therapies offer less invasive, highly effective options with potentially enhanced safety profiles. Many of the described technologies will not replace current practice in the short term; however, they will add to the options for treatments. Key advances focus on lasting positive results, accelerated recovery, and enhancing quality of life. While early outcomes are promising, robust randomized trials and long-term data are needed to validate effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and broad applicability.</p>
