Purpose of Review <p>This review aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have reshaped the landscape of care for patients with alcohol-associated liver disease (ALD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD).</p> Recent Findings <p>AI-based models have incorporated imaging, laboratory, genetic, and electronic health data to detect AUD and ALD, often outperforming traditional clinical systems. AI-powered digital health tools such as wearable sensors and mobile applications have shown potential in monitoring relapse in AUD and implementing behavioral interventions.</p> Summary <p>AI demonstrates significant potential to improve the diagnosis, prognostication, risk stratification, and treatment of ALD in addition to monitoring for alcohol relapse. By addressing challenges such as data quality, external validity, biases, ethical considerations, and privacy concerns, AI can serve as an adjuct to enhance patient care and clinical research.</p>
