<p>This work aims to present and study the concept of the Toeplitz operators linked to the generalized Wigner transform (GWT). Next, we will examine a particular class of these operators known as concentration operators. We prove that a finite vector space generated by the first eigenfunctions of such operators has a maximal time-frequency concentration within the region of interest. Then we will use it to approximate functions that are almost concentrated in such a region.</p>

摘要
