<p>AI has the potential to play a significant role in various human resource management processes, including recruitment, learning, and other procedures. We conducted a systematic literature review and identified 51 exceptional articles out of 11,216. Through this process, we identified 31 factors within six categories: organization, human resource process, technology, management, employees, and external environment. Then, in the second phase, we rank the identified CSFs using the Best Worst Method. In this article, we provide a comprehensive overview of the content of the articles, the systematic literature review process, the background of the research topic, the identified critical factors, their classifications, and their rankings. In this research, we aim to create a framework for researchers to work with in emerging topics where there is limited research and where influential factors are not fully identified. This framework will enable researchers to draw specific conclusions in the desired domain, thereby assisting operational managers as well.</p>
