摘要

The dry wear and tribocorrosion behavior of the Mg-Zn-Gd-Zr alloy after extrusion and heat treatment with the quench control method at different loads have been investigated. The results showed that, after heat treatment, the wear resistance of the alloy increased significantly compared to the extruded alloy. The wear rate in the corrosive environment was lower than dry wear at low loads but increased with increasing load. It was found that, in dry wear, with increasing load, the dominant wear mechanism has changed from abrasion to oxidation, and, in tribocorrosion, the presence of a homogeneous I phase in the alloy has increased the corrosion and wear resistance.
