Ein neues Zertifikat der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Schlafforschung und Schlafmedizin : „Psychotherapeutische Schlafmedizin“
摘要
There are still too few medical and psychological psychotherapists in Germany who are able to treat psychologically caused or psychologically intensified sleep disorders adequately. This causes a widespread, inadequate care structure for patients with sleep disorders. As this topic is not dealt with sufficiently in either medical or psychological studies, and/or the respective specialist physician and specialist psychotherapist training , high-quality and attractive training possibilities are in demand. The existing offers do not reach many therapists and/or do not prepare them specifically and sustainably enough for the targeted psychotherapy of people with sleep disorders. On the initiative of Dr. Carolin Marx-Dick, a certification curriculum was developed with a task force of the Germany Sleep Society (DGSM), which is intended to help to close this training and care gap. In the certification program “Psychotherapeutic Sleep Medicine,” with a total of 120 teaching units, the participants learn therapeutic instruments for the scientifically current, specific, sustainable, and comprehensive treatment of sleep disorders.
