An Analysis on the Time Optimal Control Results for Hilfer Fractional Hemivariational Inequalities

This manuscript examines the time optimal control results for Hilfer fractional hemivariational inequalities in Hilbert spaces. Then, we begin by establishing the existence results through fractional calculus, semigroup theory, the fixed point theorem for multivalued mappings, and the properties of the generalized Clarke subdifferential. Building on this foundation, we analyze the time optimal controls for the system under certain novel conditions. To illustrate our theoretical findings, we provide a concrete example demonstrating their applicability.
