Optimal Feedback Control in Hilfer Fractional Neutral Stochastic Delay Evolution Hemivariational Inequalities via Almost Sectorial Operator

This study addresses Hilfer fractional (HF) neutral stochastic delay evolution hemivariational inequalities (HVIs) and examines optimal feedback control problems. The main results are obtained by employing fixed point methods, fractional calculus, multivalued mappings, stochastic analysis, and the properties of the extended Clarke’s sub-differential. Initially, we prove the existence of a mild solution by applying a fixed point technique. Then, we establish the existence of feasible pair by employing the Cesari and Filippov techniques. Furthermore, an application is included to illustrate the theoretical outcomes.
