<p>Due to the significance of its integer-order counterpart in numerous mathematical and engineering fields, this paper investigates the fractional-order Laguerre polynomials. The primary objective is to construct and highlight specific properties of a novel polynomials sequence termed Fractional Laguerre Appell polynomials. These polynomials are associated with the fractional Gamma measure, and through a biorthogonal approach, we establish the generalized dual Appell system.</p>
