<p>The alignment of industry and learning for fostering entrepreneurship and innovative has emerged as a paramount strategic focus for China, propelled by evolving economic dynamics and technological advancements. Using the potentially transformative effects of new media, this study investigates the development of inventive and entrepreneurial abilities within the hydraulic energy business. In order to examine the intricate interactions among education, entrepreneurship, while digital media platforms, this study incorporates a hybrid classification strategy, which combines Improved SVM and GoogLeNet classifiers. Here, the final classification result is obtained using the Improved score level fusion approach. It acknowledges the critical role that talent development plays in advancing technology and promoting sustainable growth. Methodologically, data is gathered from students, teachers, and industry professionals using a multifaceted method that includes interviews, surveys, and case studies from China. In the context of new media, the hybrid classification model makes it easier to pinpoint the critical elements impacting the growth of creative and entrepreneurial abilities in the hydraulic power industry. The results of the analysis highlight the importance of industry relationships, curricular innovations, and customized educational programs in developing talent in this ever-evolving profession. The conversation places the findings in the perspective of previous research, draws conclusions for practice and policy, and suggests directions for further investigation. In the end, this study offers crucial insights for those involved in developing a trained workforce that can propel innovation and sustainability in the hydraulic power industry in the digital age. In this work, the research hypothesis was empirically tested using data collected from 232 Chinese students pursuing degrees in hydraulic power engineering. utilizing SEM analysis. Furthermore, comparative studies across different universities or countries could deliver a broader thoughtful of the role of new media in talent cultivation within the hydraulic power sector.</p>
