<p>A new genus with a new species of Mnesicleinae, <i>Sinomnesicles hainanensis</i> gen. et sp. n. is described from Hainan Island, China. <i>Sinomnesicles</i> is unique, distinguished from other genera of Mnesicleinae by the micropterous wings, the pincer-shaped upward projections on the male 9th tergite and the trident-shaped posterior margin of female subgenital plate. A key to the genera and a checklist to the species of Eumastacoidea Burr, 1899 from China are provided. Types of the new species described in this paper is preserved in Invertebrate collection of Mianyang Normal University and Museum of Hebei University.</p>

A new genus with a new species of Mnesicleinae, Sinomnesicles hainanensis gen. et sp. n. is described from Hainan Island, China.
