<p>The Indian species of the genus <i>Aulacocentrum</i> Brues, 1922 are revised. Two new species, <i>Aulacocentrum hunliensis</i> Gupta sp. n. from Arunachal Pradesh (in north eastern region) and <i>A. parotisae</i> Gupta sp. n. from Karnataka (in southern region) are illustrated and described. <i>Aulacocentrum parotisae</i> sp. n., a solitary endoparasitoid, is reared from the caterpillars of <i>Parotis</i> sp. (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) feeding on <i>Psydrax dicoccos</i> Gaertn. (Rubiaceae) in Karnataka. Additionally, <i>A. seticella</i> van Achterberg and He, 1994 is first time reported from southern India and a key to the Indian species of <i>Aulacocentrum</i> is provided.</p>

摘要

The Indian species of the genus Aulacocentrum Brues, 1922 are revised. Two new species, Aulacocentrum hunliensis Gupta sp. n. from Arunachal Pradesh (in north eastern region) and A. parotisae Gupta sp. n. from Karnataka (in southern region) are illustrated and described.
