This bibliometric analysis demonstrates visual mappings of collaboration patterns, publication trends, influential contributors, and core knowledge bases. The primary database was Scopus, covering 2008–2025. Data analysis and visualization were conducted using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer. Publications began to surge after 2020, reaching a record high in 2025. <i>The Journal of Endourology</i> established itself as the most influential venue for this topic with 17 documents. Collaborative networks on this topic span 10 countries across 2 clusters. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified frequently recurring research themes, including “benign prostatic hyperplasia,” “simple prostatectomy,” “lower urinary tract symptoms,” and “robotic-assisted simple prostatectomy”. This bibliometric analysis illustrates the expanding research landscape, the growing interest among researchers in RASP, and the need for a broader collaborative network spanning more countries.</p>
