<p>Ramadan et al. highlighted robotic-assisted ureteroenteric reimplantation (RUER) as a promising alternative to open surgery for ureteroenteric strictures after cystectomy. While demonstrating reduced complications and hospitalization, methodological limitations, including heterogeneous cohorts, retrospective data, and unadjusted confounders warrant caution. Prospective studies addressing patient- and stricture-specific factors are needed to refine RUER’s role of RUER in complex urological reconstructions. <i>Clinical Trial Registration</i><b>:</b> Not applicable, as this work does not involve a clinical trial.</p>
