<p>This study aims to systematically assess the perioperative safety, procedural feasibility, and early clinical efficacy of the SHURUI single-port robotic system in diverse urological operations by conducting a single-arm meta-analysis. An extensive literature search was performed using PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases to retrieve relevant studies involving SHURUI-assisted urologic surgeries, such as radical prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, and pyeloplasty. Key perioperative indicators—operative duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, length of hospitalization, and early functional outcomes—were extracted and synthesized using a random-effects model for pooled analysis. A total of 130 patients from multiple single-center studies were included. The SHURUI system demonstrated low intraoperative complication rates, minimal blood loss, and no conversions to open or laparoscopic surgery. For radical prostatectomy, the mean console time was approximately 172&#xa0;min, and continence recovery within one month approached 50%. Partial nephrectomy cases showed acceptable warm ischemia times and no positive surgical margins. Pyeloplasty achieved a near-complete success rate in both pediatric and adult patients. Across procedures, postoperative pain scores and hospitalization durations were favorable. This meta-analysis indicates that the SHURUI single-port robotic platform appears to be a safe and feasible option for various urologic procedures, even in its initial stages of clinical adoption. The observed perioperative and short-term outcomes are preliminary but suggest potential clinical applicability. However, given the limited scope and non-comparative nature of the current evidence, further high-quality studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods are needed to validate its long-term safety and efficacy.</p>
