<p>One anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) has gained popularity and is now the third most common bariatric procedure worldwide. One of the complications following OAGB is marginal ulcer with ./5–8% incidence. Resection of GJ and conversion to Roux-en-Y gastric bypass may be a safe management for biliopancreatic limb obstruction due to complicated marginal ulcer.</p>
