Einsatzmöglichkeiten für Mixed-Reality-Technologien in der Schulterendoprothetik
摘要
The development and use of technical aids for shoulder arthroplasty procedures, such as preoperative 3D planning using CT, patient-specific guides, 3D navigation, and virtual and mixed reality systems, aim to improve surgical accuracy. Mixed reality makes it possible to visualise digital planning data during the operation without impairing the view of the surgical field. A separate study is investigating the influence of mixed reality on the accuracy of implant placement. Initial preliminary results indicate that the use of mixed reality slightly reduces deviation from the planned axis and can reduce the spread of results. Technological innovations have the potential to increase the precision of implantation during shoulder arthroplasty.
