Präoperative dreidimensionale Planung und Einsatz eines wiederverwendbaren Zielinstrumentes für die Platzierung inverser Schulterprothesen
摘要
The preoperative planning of inverse shoulder prostheses using computed tomography (CT)-based three-dimensional (3D) visualization is well established and allows the simulation of possible impingement-free range of motion depending on implant sizes, their positioning and, more recently, planned resection of osteophytes. Transferring the planning with a reusable targeter instrument that can be set intraoperatively using coordinates allows precise and reliable glenoid positioning. The process from data transfer and planning to intraoperative application is quick and uncomplicated without complex logistics. This allows the instruments to be used even in time-critical cases, such as fracture cases.
