<p>This paper examines the presentation, diagnosis, and surgical intervention of patients with neurological symptoms associated with m.&#xa0;pectoralis quartus, an uncommon musculocutaneous variation. Patients with this variant often present with numbness along the radial nerve distribution during arm extension. The challenges in identifying m.&#xa0;pectoralis quartus during routine procedures, as highlighted by a&#xa0;case report, underscore the importance of increased clinical awareness. Surgical removal of the anomalous muscle has been shown to result in symptom resolution. This review emphasizes the clinical significance of recognizing and addressing anatomical variations, such as m.&#xa0;pectoralis quartus, in patients presenting with neurological symptoms. By synthesizing the existing literature and presenting a&#xa0;case report, this paper contributes to the understanding and management of this rare anatomical variant.</p>
