Analysis of Causes that Lead to Failure of Conical Discs of Variable Automatic Transmissions
摘要
The article provides a detailed analysis of causes leading to defects formed on the working surfaces of conical discs of variable automatic transmissions. The defect morphology was analyzed at the macro- and microlevels. Technologies for preventing defects are proposed. In particular, they include new type partially regular microreliefs applied to the working surface of conical discs.
