Feasibility and Risk Analysis of 125 ksi Material for Production Casing of Sour Wells in Oil Fields

In order to solve the high shut-in pressure (close to or exceeding 90 MPa) that sulfur-containing wells will face, while not increasing operating costs and changing the wellbore structure, this article combines domestic and foreign standards, 110ksi in oilfield evaluation and on-site use, as well as 125ksi material indoor evaluation and other oilfield field applications, and designs two types of high internal pressure strength (all greater than 140 MPa) production casings under different sulfur-containing conditions to solve the above problems.
