摘要

Using commercial grain‐oriented silicon steel as raw materials, ultra-thin grain-oriented silicon steel with a thickness of 0.08 mm was prepared by cold rolling and primary recrystallization method. The annealing was carried out in a tubular atmosphere furnace at 800 °C with the atmosphere consisting of 75% H2 + 25% N2. By means of XRD, EBSD, and magnetic property tests, the evolution law of texture and the variation of magnetic properties in the annealed strips were investigated under different annealing times. The results show that during annealing, Goss grains gradually engulf non-Goss grains, and in the later stage of annealing, grains with orientations such as {112} < 111 > and {114} < 481 > engulf Goss grains and grow gradually, while the volume fraction of Goss texture first increases and then decreases. The volume fractions of {112} < 111 > and {114} < 481 >. When the annealing time is 13 minutes, the volume fraction of Goss texture in the annealed oriented silicon steel strip reaches a maximum of 83.63%, at which point the magnetic performance is optimal, with a magnetic flux density B8 of 1.881 T and iron loss P1.0/1000 of 23.8W/kg.
