Soft Magnetic Properties of FeNi/SrM Composites
摘要
This study systematically investigated the soft magnetic characteristics of prepared FeNi/SrM (strontium ferrite) composites. Scanning electron microscopy images confirmed that the FeNi particles were surrounded by the SrM phase. Unlike non-magnetic insulator coatings, SrM enhances the magnetic properties of these composites, yielding higher saturation magnetization and effective permeability. Magnetic loss measurements demonstrated that the addition of SrM significantly reduced the eddy current loss. Additionally, SrM effectively enhanced the relaxation frequency of the samples at high frequencies and minimized overall magnetic loss. These findings suggest that an appropriate concentration of SrM can optimize the magnetic characteristics of FeNi/SrM composites, establishing SrM as an effective insulator for soft magnetic composites.
