<p>This study utilized vacuum hot-press sintering to prepare semi-reticulated TiBw/Ti60 composites and investigated the microstructural properties of composites with different volume fractions of reinforcement phase under various sintering temperatures. The results indicate that when the volume fraction of the reinforcement phase is 2.42%, the semi-continuous network formed by TiB around Ti60 particles effectively achieves “grain boundary strengthening,” significantly enhancing the compression strength of the composite. However, an excessive amount of TiB phase leads to a decrease in strength. Sintering temperature has a significant impact on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites, with 1300°C identified as the optimal sintering temperature. This temperature promotes the in situ formation of TiB, improving both the strength and strain of the composite material.</p>
