摘要

This study investigated the effects of annealing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of porous Ti6Al4V alloys fabricated via selective laser melting (SLM) with varying porosities. The samples were annealed at 850 °C for 2 h, followed by static compression and tensile testing. The results demonstrate that heat treatment induced a transition in the fracture mode from brittle to ductile, accompanied by enhanced plasticity of the material. Although the elastic modulus was significantly reduced, it remained within the range suitable for bone implant applications. Among the tested structures, the gradient Gyroid porous structure with a unit cell size of 2.5 mm3 exhibited the most favorable combination of properties, suggesting its strong potential as a porous implant material for replacing cancellous bones.
