摘要

In this experiment, we studied the laser transmission welding of high borosilicate glass and Zl205A aluminum alloy using a millisecond pulse laser to seal of glass and metal. Prior to the laser sealing process, an oxide coating was prepared on the surface of the aluminum alloy using micro-arc oxidation technology. The effects of the micro-arc oxidation process parameters on the shear force, weld morphology, and weld interface of the welded parts were studied, and the mechanism behind weld formation was analyzed. The results showed that the micro-arc oxidation coating can effectively act as an energy absorption layer and a buffer layer for the welded parts. In addition, the main reason for the connection between these two materials is due to the mixed inlay structure that formed inside the weld. When the concentration of sodium phosphate was 10 g/L and the voltage was 440 V, the obtained oxide film was the most suitable for welding metal to glass and could withstand a maximum shear force of 22 N.
