Influence of Annealing Temperature on the Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Hot-Rolled Pure Iron
摘要
A pure iron with excellent magnetic properties was obtained by annealing hot-rolled pure iron. This article studied the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties. The results showed that below the austenitizing temperature, as the annealing temperature increased, the grain size increased and the coercivity significantly decreased. When the sample annealing temperature was 900 °C, the minimum coercivity reached 37.23 A/m and the maximum residual magnetic induction intensity reached 1.67 T.
