Research on the Mechanical Properties of AlCoCrFeNi + CoCrNi Fabricated by Laser Melting Deposition

摘要

This paper uses a laser as the heat source and separate double powder feeding (AlCoCrFeNi + CoCrNi) to prepare an AlCoCrFeNi + CoCrNi high-entropy alloy with alternating FCC and BCC phases. To improve the properties of the alloy, the alloy was treated at two different temperatures (800 and 1000 °C). The results show that by transporting AlCoCrFeNi powder in one layer and CoCrNi powder in one layer, a high-entropy alloy with an FCC phase and a BCC phase with good performance can be prepared. Heat treatment at 800 °C can precipitate the σ phase and refine the grains to effectively improve the strength, plasticity, and hardness of the alloy. After the heat treatment at 1000 °C, the σ phase disappeared, the alloy further homogenized, and the FCC phase became more concentrated at the interface between layers, which increased the plasticity and strength.
