摘要

In this paper, Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy with different contents of B and Nb elements was taken as the research object, and the processability of Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy was improved by optimizing the warm rolling process, refining the grains and reducing the order degree, and the process route conducive to improving the processability of large-size Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy was obtained. The results show that adding 0.02wt.%B and 0.015wt.% Nb elements to Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy can effectively refine the grain and reduce the order degree of the matrix, so as to improve the machining performance of Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy. In this paper, a large size Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy sheet of 0.3 × 200 × 1000 mm has been successfully prepared. The surface quality of the sheet is good, and the edges are flat without visible cracks. The 0.3-mm-thick Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy sheet has relatively excellent magnetic properties after annealing at 800 ~ 1000 °C. The highest value of magnetic induction strength B8 is 1.42 T, and the lowest value of iron loss P10/400 is 9.87 W/kg.
