摘要

The as-cast Al-Mg-Si alloy underwent homogenization treatment before conducting hot compression experiments. The flow behavior of the alloy under various deformation parameters was investigated by using a strain compensation Arrhenius model (SCAM), an artificial neural network model (ANN), and three-dimensional hot processing maps. The study results reveal that the ANN model provides more accurate predictions for flow stress during the high-temperature deformation of the Al-Mg-Si alloy. The optimal thermal processing parameters for the alloy were found to be a deformation temperature exceeding 350 °C and a strain rate below 0.1 s−1. Additionally, the microstructural evolution during deformation process was examined by using electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that as the deformation temperature increases and the strain rate decreases, the dislocation density in the alloy gradually decreases. In addition, the alloy exhibits high levels of dynamic recovery (DRV) and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) in stable regions, with relatively small stress concentration areas.
