摘要

In this paper, the effects of two solid solution processes, single-stage solid solution (SHT) and two-stage solid solution (S-SHT), on the precipitated phases and corrosion behavior of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag in wire arc additive manufacturing were investigated. It is found that S-SHT is a composite solid solution with relatively small pore coarsening and narrower grain boundary precipitation-free zone, which provides better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance than SHT. SHT is little affected at the aging temperature, and the precipitated phases are lath-like θ′ and Ω phases. The aging precipitation phases of S-SHT are significantly affected by the aging temperature. S-SHT165 precipitated phase is mainly fine θ′ phase, while S-SHT185 precipitated phase is mainly lath-like Ω phase.
