摘要

We successfully synthesized Ag nanowire/ZnO nanowall composite films with various morphologies using the water bath and polyol methods. These films combined the beneficial features of one-dimensional Ag nanowires and two-dimensional ZnO nanowalls. By altering the concentration of the growth solution, we successfully prepared ZnO nanowall/Ag nanowire composite films with different morphologies. We investigated the morphology, structure, total transmission, diffuse transmission, and light-trapping and electrical properties of these composite films. Specifically, we systematically studied the influence of different ZnO nanowall morphologies on the light-trapping, optical, and electrical properties of the Ag nanowire/ZnO nanowall composite structures. Our findings indicated that the morphologies of Ag nanowire/ZnO nanowall composite films significantly impacted their light-trapping ability, as well as their optical and electrical properties. Due to their high total transmittance and excellent light-trapping and electrical properties, the Ag nanowire/ZnO nanowall composite films showed great potential for applications in photoelectric devices.
