Study on Strengthening the Crystallization Process of Removing F and P from Phosphogypsum Produced by Dihydrate–Hemihydrate Wet Process
摘要
In this paper, the dihydrate–hemihydrate recrystallization method was employed to produce β-hemihydrate gypsum. The effects of thermodynamic conditions such as temperature, sulfuric acid concentration, and phosphoric acid concentration on the removal of F and P impurities were investigated. Kinetic studies revealed that the throughflow impeller, when compared to the conventional impeller, demonstrates a higher removal rate for soluble phosphorus, while having little impact on soluble fluorine. This study contributes to the utilization of PG resources.
