摘要

Globular retained austenite was obtained in heterogeneous martensite-ferrite lamellae, via flashing in a two-step annealed Fe-0.28C-3.17Mn-0.78Al-1.25Si steel. Multi-step annealing enhances the Mn heterogeneity and enlarges the working window of flashing, and flashing below A3 retains the martensite-ferrite lamellae. C and Mn enrichment significantly enhanced the stability of globular austenite, and the transformation-induced plasticity (TRIP) effect contributes to excellent tensile strength of 1624 MPa, yield strength of 1302 MPa, and total elongation of 12.4 pct.
