<p>This article in the <i>Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie</i> presents a&#xa0;narrative review on the current state of psychodrama practices addressing autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The objective was to identify and discuss the existing scientific production on the use of psychodrama in this context. To this end, a&#xa0;literature review was conducted using indexed and non-indexed articles from different databases between 2000 and 2024. Nineteen articles were included in the analysis; the results indicated a&#xa0;low level of scientific production on the topic, with a&#xa0;predominance of publications in non-indexed journals and with limited circulation beyond the psychodramatic field. Furthermore, the articles found mostly present theoretical or case studies, describing the general benefits of psychodrama, especially when associated with other therapeutic approaches. However, investigations with more robust methodological designs are scarce. It is concluded that, despite the positive indications regarding the use of psychodrama in the treatment of people with ASD, there is a&#xa0;need to expand and improve research in the area, aiming for a&#xa0;greater understanding of its applications, the populations that can be best benefited, as well as any potential contraindications.</p>
