Ressourcenorientiertes Transformationsmanagement in der kommunalen Verwaltung?

This article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie describes initial conditions and options for action within the municipal administration system, based on a case study of success factors for municipal transformation processes in the context of sustainable urban development. It establishes a connection to the concept of resource orientation in transformation processes and characterises this on the basis of six guiding principles: the development of a transformative leadership and organisational culture, the conscious use of language, the ‘breaking down of organisational charts’, productive conflict management, management of complexity and the simultaneity of technical and process perspectives in research and consulting. J. L. Moreno’s sociometry as an experimental method supports and supplements the observations from the case study.
