<p>The sociodrama workshops presented in this article in the journal <i>Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie</i> illustrate a&#xa0;successful implementation of ecological education principles inside an organisation supporting its environmental and cultural tasks and development. From late 2023 until March 2024, the Governing Body of the UNESCO World Heritage Site <i>Suomenlinna Sea Fortress</i> organized ecology transition workshops for its staff providing an overview of climate change and related threats combining science-based facts with Morenean action methods. This article presents the seminars theoretical and scientific background, the applied traditional and innovative sociodramatic methods and an evaluation of the outcomes and impacts of the seminars.</p>

The sociodrama workshops presented in this article in the journal Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie illustrate a successful implementation of ecological education principles inside an organisation supporting its environmental and cultural tasks and development.
