<p>Sustainability has slipped down the agenda as the pressure from crises such as inflation, soaring energy prices, staff shortages, wars, and geopolitical instability continues to grow. However, organizations now have the potential to drive sustainable transformation. Our format, Greenhacks, supports teams in not only thinking about sustainability but actively living it—practically, participatively, and with the help of sociodramatic methods. We worked sociodramatically with a&#xa0;team and demonstrate in this article in the journal <i>Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie</i> how creative, tangible greenhacks can create space for perspective shifts, collaborative reflection, and concrete implementation.</p>

摘要
