Soziometrie als Leitungsethik
摘要
The present article, published in the Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie, explores the alignment of leadership with Moreno’s principles of sociometry in the context of psychodramatic group psychotherapy. In order to achieve this objective, group discussions were undertaken as a component of a qualitative study (master’s thesis), and common spaces of experience of psychodramatic group leaders were documented through the utilisation of documentary conversation analysis. The results of the collective experiences of psychotherapists from their practice are summarised. This is followed by a comparative analysis of approaches to leadership types. It is evident that the methodology has been correctly applied, thereby demonstrating the participatory involvement of the participants in each stage of the process. The emphasis on the human condition and its developmental potential, in conjunction with the recognition of developmental disorders that can be addressed within a group context, underscores a humanistic leadership ethos that is also evident in Austrian educational institutions.
